What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Generate new annualized revenue through strategic partnerships and client relationships
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline that supports predictable revenue growth
- Conduct thoughtful discovery conversations to understand organizational needs and position appropriate services
- Maintain accurate tracking of pipeline, revenue forecasts, and outcomes using Monday.com and Ignition

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in fundraising, development, or business development, ideally selling services to mission-driven organizations
- Natural relationship builder who earns trust quickly by listening deeply and asking thoughtful questions
- Skilled at translating impact and value into clear financial decisions
- Experience closing service-based or partnership agreements with nonprofits, foundations, or institutions
Benefits
What's in it for you
Compensation: Hourly base rate: $60-70 per hour for up to 25 hours per week. Commission Structure: 5% of first-year client revenue, paid after 3 months, plus additional 2% retention bonus if client is still active at 12 months. Contract type: 1099 contractor. Flexible, high-trust work environment.
