Sales Engineer (f/m/d)

• Develop your region by building loyalty among existing machine manufacturer (OEM) and end-user clients, supporting distributor partners, and expanding your portfolio by acquiring new accounts
• Use a technical and commercial approach based on expertise, advisory service, and proposing innovative, high value-added solutions with a focus on product and service quality
• Work closely with market managers and application engineers both in France and within the Group to grow your geographical area

Promote sustainable, customer-oriented solutions that contribute to the digital transformation of clients and deliver high-end technical solutions that bring added value to a diverse industrial customer base.

• Over 5 years of experience in selling mechanical products and solutions (bearings, gearboxes, transmissions, pumps, geared motors, etc.) or chemical products (lubricants, adhesives, plastics, paints, gases, etc.) with a manufacturer or specialized distributor
• Dual technical and commercial background with solution-oriented approach and ability to build long-term, high-quality relationships
• Working knowledge of English for communication within the Group (German would be an asset) and willingness to travel 2-3 nights per week away from home
• Results-driven mindset with entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to customer focus
