Sales Director

• Identify and target new business opportunities to expand Ofload's customer base in Australia.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the Commercial and Marketing teams to develop compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.

By reducing empty truck miles, improving visibility, and optimising supply chains, Ofload drives smarter, greener, and more efficient operations that benefit businesses and the environment.

• Proven experience as Sales Director role or Senior Business Development Manager.
• Strong understanding of the Australian logistics market, industry trends, and customer needs.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
