What you will drive

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in North America for solar and data center markets.
  • Hire, manage, and mentor a high-performing B2B sales team, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers, positioning PVcase as a strategic solution.
  • Plan and oversee regional business development initiatives to expand customer base and address client pain points.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years of B2B sales/business development experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS ($50M–$100M ARR).
  • At least 3 years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record of building and managing successful teams.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding quotas and driving business performance and profitability.
  • Familiarity with SaaS tech stack/CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a strong advantage.
