Sales Director- Industry & Building

• Develop and execute the sales and commercial strategy across the Building Services & Industrial markets in the UK and Ireland.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a national sales team to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
• Drive revenue, profitability, pricing strategies, and commercial performance across the region.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, distribution partners, contractors, consultants, and developers.

This role drives sustainable growth in building services and industrial sectors, enabling efficient fluid and energy management solutions that contribute to infrastructure resilience and environmental sustainability.

• Proven sales leadership experience within construction, building services, industrial, or related markets.
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth and commercial performance.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
