What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Identify and source new prospects that match ideal customer profiles within ag retail and enterprise growers
  • Conduct structured outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing needs, fit, urgency, and buying potential
  • Book qualified meetings and provide detailed handoff notes to Account Executives

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Experience in lead generation or inside sales, ideally within agriculture, ag retail, or agtech
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Technology, or a related field
  • Strong research skills and ability to quickly understand prospect pain points
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
