What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Identify and source new prospects that match ideal customer profiles within ag retail and enterprise growers
- Conduct structured outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing needs, fit, urgency, and buying potential
- Book qualified meetings and provide detailed handoff notes to Account Executives

Required qualifications:
- Experience in lead generation or inside sales, ideally within agriculture, ag retail, or agtech
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Technology, or a related field
- Strong research skills and ability to quickly understand prospect pain points
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
