What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Handle inbound phone calls from prospective solar customers and current customer inquiries
- Qualify inbound leads using standardized scripts and criteria, gathering essential information and assessing fit
- Route qualified leads to Solar Consultants for technical follow-up, proposal generation, site visits, and closing
- Document interactions and lead details thoroughly in CRM to ensure smooth transition for sales team

Required qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with customer-first attitude

- Comfort using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce); HubSpot experience is a plus
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through and ability to work independently
