What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound phone calls from prospective solar customers and current customer inquiries
  • Qualify inbound leads using standardized scripts and criteria, gathering essential information and assessing fit
  • Route qualified leads to Solar Consultants for technical follow-up, proposal generation, site visits, and closing
  • Document interactions and lead details thoroughly in CRM to ensure smooth transition for sales team

Required qualifications:

  • Comfort using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce); HubSpot experience is a plus
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through and ability to work independently
