Sales Development Representative

Core responsibilities of the Sales Development Representative:

• Proactively generate and qualify opportunities across inbound, outbound, and event-driven channels to maintain pipeline growth
• Manage all incoming enterprise traffic including customer inquiries and farmer/supplier communications while maintaining CRM integrity
• Act as frontline scout surfacing prospects across nutrition, food & beverage, pet food, and industrial market segments
• Deliver sales-ready leads with comprehensive context and collaborate closely with Sales Executives for seamless handoff

This role contributes to cultivating a better food system by transforming high-quality, USA-made ingredients into essential components for everyday products, powering a healthier future through plant-based food innovation.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• At least 1 year of applicable sales or sales development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
