Sales Development Representative (CST)

Core responsibilities for this Sales Development Representative role:

• Leverage prospecting expertise to identify and qualify high-potential leads through strategic cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
• Articulate how RoadRunner's innovative solutions solve real-world waste management challenges and drive sustainability for businesses
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives by scheduling qualified meetings that directly contribute to the company's revenue goals
• Maintain a pristine pipeline by diligently tracking all activities, leads, and follow-ups in Salesforce

This role creates positive change by helping businesses adopt more sustainable waste and recycling practices through RoadRunner's innovative solutions, contributing to the company's mission of accelerating the road to Zero Waste™.

Required skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Associate's degree with 1+ years of direct sales experience
• Demonstrated experience in effective lead generation and prospecting
• Resilience and positive attitude in a high volume, cold calling environment
• Experience tracking sales activity in a CRM (Salesforce is a strong plus)
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly and convey ideas persuasively

Compensation and benefits package:

• $50,000 base salary ($24.04/hour) + $6,000 uncapped annual commission + bonuses
• $4,000 performance bonus upon graduation from the 2-month training program
