Mission

What you will drive

  • Engage more than 30 suppliers each day through inbound and outbound outreach and deliver a clear compelling sales narrative that demonstrates how Choco's AI platform increases order accuracy, accelerates operations and drives revenue for distributors.
  • Drive proactive prospecting to secure meetings with mid market distributors through multi threaded outreach and clear value based messaging.
  • Own a defined supplier territory by qualifying leads and booking high quality meetings for the Account Executive team to develop into strategic partnerships.
  • Lead from the front by setting performance standards driving competitive energy and consistently aiming for the top of the leaderboard.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to refine messaging, improve workflows and implement best practices across the sales organization.

  • Prior experience in sales or customer facing work is a plus but we also welcome driven entry level candidates who are ready to develop strong sales skills.
  • A confident and natural communicator who can articulate complex AI centered solutions to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
  • A commercially driven mindset with the ability to uncover partnership opportunities referrals and multi contact engagement strategies.
  • Comfortable operating in a high volume sales environment and managing daily activity targets with consistency and discipline.
  • Curious and coachable with a strong desire to understand an evolving AI product and communicate its value clearly to potential partners.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly adapt messaging to different stakeholders and handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
  • A proactive problem solver who takes ownership of pipeline creation and is motivated by achieving and exceeding goals.
