About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for new prospects, owning inbound and outbound outreach with urgency and credibility. You will be responsible for uncovering real business challenges, proactively identifying prospect pain points, and advancing qualified conversations into discovery with Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for new prospects, owning inbound and outbound outreach with urgency and credibility
- Uncover real business challenges, proactively identify prospect pain points, and advance qualified conversations into discovery with Account Executives
- Execute disciplined inbound follow-up, respond quickly to Marketing Qualified Leads, and clearly articulate Bidgely's value proposition
- Drive event pipeline impact through pre-event outreach, at-event meetings, and structured post-event follow-up

Required skills and experience:
- 6-12 months of SDR or equivalent sales development experience
- Proven hunter mindset and comfort with outbound prospecting
- Strong personal accountability and ownership of results
- Excellent organizational rigor (follow-up, prioritization, data hygiene)
