What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Research and target potential customers, generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, assess their fit, and schedule qualified sales meetings
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, track interactions, and leverage tools to optimize outreach efforts

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or B2B SaaS sales (preferred)
- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to engage and build rapport quickly
- Highly self-motivated and resilient mindset with passion for sales and business growth
