What you will drive

Role Responsibilities

  • Acquire new fleet customers and strategic B2B partners across Europe through lead generation, cold outreach, and managing the full sales cycle
  • Manage and steer existing MSP and B2B partner accounts, ensuring they contribute to revenue and margin targets while identifying upselling opportunities
  • Develop and scale B2B business models such as fleet solutions, subscriptions, and B2B2C offerings in collaboration with Product Management and Pricing
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Pricing, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to share market insights and improve internal processes

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Sales, Marketing or comparable field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Relevant professional experience in B2B sales, business development, key account management, or partnership management
  • Proven experience in actively acquiring customers or partners, including cold outreach and pipeline development
  • Experience managing B2B or MSP partnerships, with background in commercial negotiations, contract management, and pricing discussions
