What you will drive
- Own the entire sales cycle - from first contact and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
- Drive Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) by engaging and converting key accounts within your territory.
- Act as a consultative partner - clearly articulate our value proposition through tailored presentations and demos.
- Acquire and engage buying centers at hospitals, ambulatory groups, and pharmaceutical companies.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, health tech, or digital solutions.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and cold calling, with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Skilled at closing deals independently and managing multiple stakeholders within complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Polish or German and English (other languages are a plus).
