Mission

What you will drive

  • Own the entire sales cycle - from first contact and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Drive Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) by engaging and converting key accounts within your territory.
  • Act as a consultative partner - clearly articulate our value proposition through tailored presentations and demos.
  • Acquire and engage buying centers at hospitals, ambulatory groups, and pharmaceutical companies.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, health tech, or digital solutions.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and cold calling, with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Skilled at closing deals independently and managing multiple stakeholders within complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Polish or German and English (other languages are a plus).
