What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation, updating, and enforcement of comprehensive compliance policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices
  • Plan and execute regular internal audits, assessments, and gap analyses to evaluate compliance effectiveness and identify areas of non-compliance
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance, developing risk registers and implementing corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and prepare comprehensive reports on program effectiveness for leadership

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs (minimum 10 years), with strong preference for automotive OEM experience with type approval and homologation requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in leading documentation, operationalization, and process improvement within a technical or safety-critical compliance domain
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate compliance requirements, train employees, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Project management skills to manage compliance initiatives, track progress, and meet deadlines
