SaaS Configuration Lead

• Lead the implementation and configuration of enterprise SaaS solutions for clean energy programs.
• Partner with clients to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and guide implementation decisions.
• Configure application features, workflows, and integrations using low-code/medium code, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
• Provide post-launch support, knowledge transfer, and mentorship to implementation consultants.

This role directly supports the transition to clean energy by implementing software solutions that help utilities manage demand-side management, electrification, and carbon reduction programs, accelerating the shift to a sustainable energy future.

• 5–7+ years of experience implementing or configuring enterprise SaaS, CRM, ERP, or workflow automation platforms in a client-facing role.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and business process automation.
• Experience with system integrations, REST APIs, ETL/data mapping, and testing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; utility or clean energy industry experience preferred.
