RunFree Accelerator Programme Officer

Core responsibilities:

• Facilitate member engagement, including onboarding, communication, meeting facilitation, and follow-up for 60+ member NGOs globally
• Support advocacy initiatives through research, relationship building, and coordination of RunFree Accelerator activities in Integration, Capacity Building, and Knowledge and Evidence areas
• Coordinate communications, events planning, resource distribution, and administrative support for RFA activities
• Collaborate on monitoring and evaluation of RFA activities, maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth execution

This role accelerates progress toward ensuring all children with clubfoot receive treatment to walk, play and run free by supporting member NGOs globally through the RunFree Accelerator programme.

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years' experience working in global health or development in a programme delivery role
• Degree or qualification in social sciences, policy, international relations, global health or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience working in Latin America, Africa or Asia contexts similar to member organizations
• Excellent written and spoken English, with fluency in French and/or Spanish preferred
• Strong project management, communication, and IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Canva, Trello)

Work remotely with 4-5 days per week, flexible working arrangements possible, travel within UK for team meetings 4-5 times per year, potential international travel 2-3 times per year.
