RTP Volunteer Team Leader

• Lead a team of up to 35 volunteer translators and/or editors, motivating and supporting them to ensure consistent loan review.
• Act as first-line support for volunteers, writing weekly updates, providing guidance, and monitoring productivity.
• Help shape the future of the volunteer loan review program by exchanging ideas and documenting best practices.

This role enables Kiva to efficiently review and translate loan applications, directly supporting financial inclusion for underserved entrepreneurs worldwide.

• Proficient in written English and comfortable with remote communication.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to commit 4-6 hours per week for 13 months.
• Experience with volunteer management or geographically distributed teams preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have access to a computer.
