RPA Developer

Core responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath, following Ramboll standards and best practices
• Working closely with business stakeholders, process analysts, and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions
• Supporting solution design, code reviews, UAT, production deployments, and ongoing maintenance to ensure stable and high-quality automations
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, reusable components, and automation frameworks within the RPA platform

This role creates positive change by designing, developing, and delivering intelligent automation solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability across Ramboll's global business operations, supporting the organization's digital transformation journey.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience with RPA development using UiPath
• Ability to work with business stakeholders, process analysts, and IT teams to translate requirements into automation solutions
• Experience with solution design, code reviews, UAT, production deployments, and maintenance of automations
• Ability to provide technical guidance and support to junior developers
