What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Assist state directors and state leads in organizing and managing donor circles in specific geographies, managing administrative aspects including event planning, RSVP tracking, donor engagement, gift processing, and reporting
- Support state directors, Rocky Mountain VP and development team in identifying, cultivating, and stewarding individual donors, ensuring personalized engagement that aligns with TU's mission
- Conduct research to identify potential individual donors, leveraging TU's current donor and volunteer network and donor research resources to build targeted prospect lists
- Assist in organizing donor events, including luncheons, dinners, fishing trips, and site visits to deepen relationships and showcase TU's conservation impact

Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in fundraising, philanthropy, grant writing, nonprofit administration, event coordination, or professional services
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with ability to manage and update spreadsheets and cross-reference data
- Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, maintain accurate records, and follow through
