Mission
What you will drive
As a member of the executive team, you are responsible for carrying out job-specific tasks for your position, attending weekly meetings, and helping with club-wide events. Specific responsibilities vary by role:
- Operations Manager: Manage finances, ensure compliance with club protocols, coordinate travel to annual conference
- Sponsorships Manager: Update sponsorship packages, maintain sponsor relationships, fill out grant applications, identify new funding prospects
- Training Manager: Train volunteers on Finch robot software and student interaction, oversee Workshop Coordinators, develop workshop procedures
- Marketing Manager: Develop marketing strategies, create online content, execute campaigns, design advertisements
- Partnerships and Outreach Manager: Maintain school relationships, schedule workshops, identify new partner schools/organizations
- Workshop Coordinator: Design and run workshops, recruit volunteers, create STEM lesson plans, serve as role model to students
- Events Coordinator: Plan and oversee events like RoboDay, handle event logistics, materials, scheduling, and volunteer coordination
