Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead roaming partner management and operational activities for ChargePoint's software solutions in Europe, focusing on eMSP and CMS roles
  • Conduct analysis of technical issues between ChargePoint and partners post-launch, working with internal and external teams to resolve them
  • Serve as key point of contact for customer experience team, building training materials and acting as escalation point while bridging CX and partners to software development team
  • Monitor, investigate, and resolve issues with third-party roaming partners (CPOs, eMSPs, Maps, National Access Points) integrated via OCPI

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 3 years of B2B work experience in engineering, technical support, or technical role ideally in SaaS, automotive, energy or CleanTech industry
  • Demonstrated ability with software tools like Snowflake, Tableau, Kibana, Postman, and understanding of databases (SQL) and software systems
  • Excellent English communication skills (additional languages like German or French a plus) with ability to summarize issues for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Partner and customer-centric problem-solving mindset with willingness to own problems to resolution, plus affinity for e-mobility and sustainability topics
