RFP - HR Partner

As an HR Partner for Campus Compact, you will:

• Provide executive coaching to senior leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness and address skill gaps.
• Offer ongoing consultation on employee relations and complex organizational dynamics.
• Design and deliver staff-wide training on topics like communication and feedback.

This role strengthens Campus Compact's organizational culture and leadership capacity, enabling the organization to scale its impact in fostering democratic principles and civic engagement in higher education.

We are looking for:

• HR consulting firms or small teams with a variety of executive coaches.
• Ability to build deep familiarity with organizational culture and leadership dynamics.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative-coaching approach.
• Experience working with nonprofit organizations and commitment to values-aligned leadership.

Budget: $30,000 - $70,000 annually for this engagement. Multi-year partnership anticipated. Fully remote work with a national coalition.
