Mission
What you will drive
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with People Partners to provide relevant, pro-active reward solutions aligned to company goals
- Maintaining ongoing execution of career level pay framework, conducting job evaluation and benchmarking via Willis Towers Watson
- Acting as subject matter expert and key partner to stakeholders including Head of Reward, People Partners, and OVO Leadership Team
- Assisting in maintaining pay governance and compliance, staying ahead of legislation like NMW, pay transparency, and equal pay regulations
- Working with Head of Reward to manage execution and delivery of cyclical reward projects including pay review, bonus, LTIP and benefits cycle

- Experience working across Total Reward in a large organization
- Confidence working in complex, fast-paced, progressive environments
- Experience in partnering with teams to understand, analyze and recommend Reward solutions that solve business problems
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience conducting job evaluation and salary benchmarking (ideally Willis Towers Watson)

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 depending on skills and experience, plus 15% on-target bonus.
