Review and Translation Program Project Manager Intern

• Engage and support the volunteer community by monitoring discussion boards, coordinating recognition efforts, and posting motivational messaging.
• Assist with volunteer recruitment, including posting job descriptions and screening applications.
• Support cross-functional event planning and communication during Kiva campaigns.
• Contribute to process improvements, tool research, and documentation for volunteer engagement.

This role directly supports the volunteers who translate and review loan profiles, enabling Kiva to expand financial access to underserved communities globally.

• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and ownership of work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
• Intermediate skills in Google Suite, Greenhouse, Salesforce, Slack, and Kiva internal systems.

Professional development workshops, access to Kiva's alumni network, optional participation in ERGs and social activities, and references for successful participants. A modest stipend of $800 per month (before taxes) is provided.
