Retail Operations Business Partner, East + Canada

• Act as liaison between corporate teams, retail locations, and field leadership on key deliverables and communication.
• Manage and prioritize field requests, identify process improvements, and lead cross-functional efforts to improve efficiency.
• Lead new site openings and remodels, coordinating activities and ensuring smooth turnover.
• Develop policies and maintain compliance with state DMV laws and local regulations.

This role supports the expansion and efficient operation of Lucid's retail and service locations, enabling the company to deliver sustainable luxury electric vehicles that reduce environmental impact and advance clean transportation.

• Bachelor's degree in applicable discipline or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of related work experience including project management, retail operations, or retail store experience.
• Experience managing complex projects with high organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to read construction drawings and design renderings; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
