Retail Marketing & Customer Care Coordinator (Contractor)

• Coordinate and deliver retail marketing activities, campaign rollouts, asset delivery, and in-store materials across Slovenia, Croatia, the Baltics, and selected CEE distributor markets.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to independent retailers and distributors, including order management, warranty claims, and account support.
• Build relationships with retailers, distributors, and internal teams to drive marketing plans and sales growth.

This role helps get more people on bikes by supporting Trek's retailer network with effective marketing and excellent customer service, contributing to a more active and sustainable world.

• Fluent written and spoken Slovenian and English.
• Experience in retail marketing/marketing communications and/or customer service/account support.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Highly organised with good time-management and attention to detail.

Contractor position with remote work from Slovenia. Opportunity to work with a leading bicycle brand. Travel within territory markets/EMEA as required.
