Retail Associate

• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to riders, advising on electric vehicles and processing rentals/leases.
• Drive revenue by promoting products and upselling rental plans to meet sales targets.
• Support day-to-day store operations including inventory management, fleet management, and visual merchandising.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Zoomo's commitment to innovation and sustainability.

By promoting and supporting the use of electric bikes for urban delivery, this role directly contributes to reducing carbon emissions and building more sustainable cities.

Base Salary of £29,000 - £30,750 (depending on experience). Additional benefits include global and country-specific packages, regular social club events, free e-bike to commute to work, annual learning and development allowance, and wellbeing support.
