Mission
What you will drive
- Support day-to-day activities of the DEDP MicroMasters and Master's programs, including course delivery, teaching assistant coordination, and program support
- Lead administration of DEDP MicroMasters scholarships from promotion to distribution, including application review and donor reporting
- Manage learner communications, organize webinars, and collaborate with MITx teams to improve financial aid policies and learner experience
- Provide operational and administrative support for the master's program, including admissions coordination, event management, and alumni engagement

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree required, with preference for some study of economics or other social sciences
- Minimum 2 years of administrative and/or project/program management experience required
- Attention to detail, strong professional writing skills, ability to work independently yet accept supervision, and reliability
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, complete tasks on deadline, and contribute to effective knowledge management
