RET Operations Associate - J-PAL Global

Core responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day activities of DEDP MicroMasters and Master's programs, including internal communications with MIT departments and program coordination
• Manage marketing strategy for target enrollment, scholarship administration, and learner communications for the DEDP programs
• Handle financial aid strategy, continuous improvement of learner experience, and course maintenance including minor HTML coding
• Provide operational and administrative support for the master's program including admissions coordination, event management, and student communications

This role supports innovative education programs that build global capacity in program evaluation and development economics, helping to ensure policies are informed by scientific evidence to reduce poverty worldwide.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, with preference for economics or social sciences study
• Minimum 2 years of administrative and/or project/program management experience
• Strong attention to detail, professional writing skills, and ability to work independently while accepting supervision
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and contribute to team knowledge management
