Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day activities of DEDP MicroMasters and Master's programs, including internal communications with MIT departments and program coordination
  • Manage marketing strategy for target enrollment, scholarship administration, and learner communications for the DEDP programs
  • Handle financial aid strategy, continuous improvement of learner experience, and course maintenance including minor HTML coding
  • Provide operational and administrative support for the master's program including admissions coordination, event management, and student communications

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, with preference for economics or social sciences study
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative and/or project/program management experience
  • Strong attention to detail, professional writing skills, and ability to work independently while accepting supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and contribute to team knowledge management
