Resilience Area Lead

• Define and drive BA Wind's resilience strategy, roadmap and priorities aligned with Vattenfall Group objectives.
• Lead the development of resilience capabilities to strengthen operational resilience across wind, solar, and battery operations.
• Own and continuously develop business continuity and resilience frameworks, including incident and crisis management.
• Provide governance, oversight, and expert guidance to ensure the business can deliver critical outcomes during disruption.
