Resilience Area Lead

• Define and drive BA Wind's resilience strategy, roadmap and priorities aligned with Vattenfall Group objectives.
• Lead the development of resilience capabilities to strengthen operational resilience across BA Wind.
• Own and continuously develop BA Wind's business continuity and resilience framework, including incident and crisis management.
• Provide governance, oversight, and expert guidance to ensure the business can deliver critical outcomes during disruption.

This role ensures that Vattenfall's wind, solar, and battery operations remain resilient and capable of delivering critical business outcomes during disruptions, directly supporting the transition to renewable energy and a fossil-free future.

• Experienced professional with expertise in resilience, business continuity, and crisis management.
• Ability to lead strategy development and drive organizational change across multiple countries and functions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills to build trusted relationships and influence leadership.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and resilience standards.
