About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Researcher / Senior Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting research activities and developing advanced technology/solutions for carbon capture and storage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research activities and develop advanced technology/solutions for carbon capture and storage, including assessment, modelling, and prediction
• Create service design and business model
• Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) to demonstrate solution value with real world application
• Conduct activities in customer engagement, requirement study and solution proposal
• Create proposal documents, presentation material, and technical report
• Collaborate with global research teams and various parties to develop and deliver solution

This role contributes to developing advanced carbon capture and storage technologies, which directly addresses climate change by reducing carbon emissions and advancing sustainable energy solutions.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Engineering, Geological Analytics, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS), including assessment, modelling, and prediction
• Experience in service design and customer-facing activities
• Strong hands-on capability in geological analysis, digital MRV solutions, and blockchain technologies
• Solid knowledge of Carbon Capture and Storage concepts and applications
• Demonstrated design thinking capability
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
