Research Volunteer

Core responsibilities:

• Play an active role in hands-on research involving collaborative meetings, rigorous methods, creative thinking, and a focus on publishing peer-reviewed articles
• Contribute to ALLFED's research projects as listed in their Research Project database
• Collaborate with other ALLFED members and work under project leads on assigned projects

Volunteers play a key role in ALLFED's operations, communications, and research, contributing to the organization's mission of addressing global food security challenges, particularly in crisis scenarios.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Specialized expertise that directly relates to ALLFED's work (for those with limited time availability of 1-5 hours per week)
• Relevant experience that aligns with ALLFED's projects
• Ability to work flexibly across timezones and schedules
• Willingness to complete a "taster task" to establish mutual fit
