What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Contribute to C-Star, an open-source toolkit for high-fidelity physical-biogeochemical models
  • Develop software that streamlines the entire process of running large ocean models, from data gathering to model execution and result extraction
  • Work on workflow management, HPC paradigms, complex data transformations, scaled data engineering, schema design, and cloud/HPC hybrid environments
  • Utilize technical skills in DevOps and scientific software engineering to create robust, user-friendly, reproducible, and auditable tools
