Mission
What you will drive
As Research Manager on the Talent Development team, your core responsibilities include:
- Research managing around 15 Seasonal Fellows per cohort, including weekly meetings, ensuring they set clear goals and timelines, and supporting their projects and career search.
- Contributing to the selection of fellowship cohorts through application grading, interviews, candidate recommendations, and input on selection process design.
- Contributing to the setup of fellowships by soliciting project suggestions, recruiting supervisors, pairing them with fellows, engaging guest speakers, and developing pedagogical materials.
- Contributing to the day-to-day running of the fellowship, including running events and workshops, moderating expert Q&As, and taking responsibility for the Fellows' experience.
