What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and lead LawAI's seasonal research programs for the US team, working closely with the Director of US Policy to understand goals, talent, and priority projects
- Manage research and professional development of seasonal research fellows, including onboarding, mentorship, program design, and career support
- Conduct outreach and recruitment for permanent and temporary research roles, managing hiring processes and coordinating with communications and operations teams
- Build LawAI's research community by organizing events, facilitating workshops, and creating a thriving intellectual environment
