Research manager

Core responsibilities:

• Lead ILGA World's research function to inform, strengthen, and support advocacy, policy engagement, and capacity building for LGBTI organizations globally
• Implement ILGA World's research strategy as a core contribution to the organization's broader strategic goals and priorities
• Lead the collation, production, and dissemination of high-impact, data-driven research through key resources like the ILGA World Database and ILGA World Monitor
• Oversee flagship research initiatives including Laws on Us and Our Identities Under Arrest while contributing to strategic development of the research portfolio
