What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse high-frequency historical data on electricity demand for an Indian state
- Design 2-3 scenarios for annual energy demand and hourly load profile based on policy impacts
- Carry out production cost simulation for demand-side management scenarios
- Assist in preparing high quality research reports/papers/presentations based on results

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Enrolled in or completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering/power system operations or related programmes
- Strong quantitative research skills and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Proficiency in R/Python for data analysis will be an advantage
- Keen interest in policy analysis, regulations, and governance with insightful writing in English
