Research Grants Manager

• Manage the Foundation's research grant programs, including planning the annual grants calendar and coordinating the scientific review process.
• Administer grant awards, subaward agreements, and sponsored project contracts, ensuring compliance and documentation.
• Track post-award milestones, progress/financial reporting, and maintain accurate records in the grants management platform.
• Support portfolio reporting, process improvement, and special research projects as needed.

This role directly supports the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation's mission to accelerate research for a rare cancer, ensuring that funded projects are managed effectively and outcomes are tracked, ultimately contributing to improved treatments and patient care.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in health sciences or related field.
• Strong administrative and project management experience, with previous grants administration experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment; detail-oriented and adaptable.

Salary range: $62,000 - $68,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), fully paid life and disability insurance, generous PTO with Summer Fridays, paid Winter Break, and a 401(k).
