What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Extend existing influenza, Covid-19, and RSV transmission models stratified by socioeconomic status and ethnicity
- Fit models to GP-level infection outcomes to estimate effects of differences in vaccination coverage between strata on health impact
- Compare the impact of different vaccination strategies and assess their cost-effectiveness
- Join a supportive team using OpenSAFELY to analyse linked EHR data to explore socioeconomic and ethnic inequalities in respiratory virus transmission
