Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage, prepare, and analyze nest and habitat datasets
- Develop and implement statistical and spatial analysis approaches to assess nest site fidelity and habitat associations
- Conduct targeted literature reviews, collaborate with internal project teams, and participate in meetings
- Draft high-quality, peer-reviewed manuscripts and/or technical reports based on work packages

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- MSc or PhD in ecology, conservation biology or related field
- Proficiency in statistical programming in R or Python with experience applying GLMMs in ecological research
- Experience with spatial analysis using QGIS, ArcGIS, or equivalent software
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large ecological datasets
- Strong critical thinking skills with ability to develop research questions and interpret ecological data
- Demonstrated ability to write and publish in peer-reviewed journals
