What you will drive
- Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources to support research projects.
- Contribute to the development of research briefs, reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
- Assist with project planning, coordination, and management of research files and databases.
- Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and external stakeholders to advance evidence-based practice in student affairs.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in higher education, social sciences, public policy, statistics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in research, analytics, assessment, or higher education.
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods, survey design, and data analysis.
- Proficiency with research tools such as Stata, R, SPSS, Tableau, Qualtrics, or Excel preferred.
