Mission
What you will drive
As a Research Analyst on GiveWell's Commons team, you will:
- Support the broader research team in identifying cost-effective giving opportunities
- Contribute to GiveWell's decisions about how hundreds of millions of dollars will be spent to save and improve lives in low-income communities
- Play a key role in fulfilling GiveWell's commitment to transparency and ensuring work is accurate and high quality
- Conduct quality checking, write public summaries, answer research questions, summarize monitoring reports, update cost-effectiveness analyses, explore AI tools, and provide project management support

- Salary: $108,800 for NYC or San Francisco Bay Area; $98,600 for all other U.S. locations; UK and Canada salaries converted from non-NYC/Bay area salary using historical USD exchange rates
