Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Identify and compile vaccination coverage, exemption, and disease data from official state government sources across AFV chapter states
  • Develop and maintain state- and district-specific advocacy materials for AFV staff and policymakers
  • Conduct case research for legal challenges related to vaccine policies and review articles used in litigation/cases
  • Organize state-level data into structured, sortable spreadsheets and maintain organized documentation for reproducibility

Required qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (data cleaning, sorting, filtering, formatting)
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work methodically with multi-source administrative data
  • Experience working with government datasets, legislation, and court documents
  • Clear, proactive communication and comfort working independently in a remote environment
  • Interest in public health policy and legislative advocacy
