Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and management of project plans, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met for the Medicaid and Reproductive Health Policy Agenda
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate multiple external stakeholder meetings, developing agendas and follow-up action items
  • Work with finance and development teams to process stipends and project-related payments, monitoring budgets and compliance with grant requirements
  • Prepare summaries, progress reports, and documentation for internal and external audiences

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • B.A. from an accredited college or university with at least 5 years of experience in project management or related roles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and coordinate financial processes (stipends, contracts, or budgets)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Salesforce, MS Project)
