Reporting Operations Associate

Core responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and maintain healthy relationships with clients
• Develop knowledge and understanding of relevant environmental commodities regulation, operational processes and policies, and broader service offering
• Process incoming assets from onboarded clients in an accurate and timely manner and report consumption/generation to respective regulatory agencies by deadlines
• Provide onboarding training for using our platform and its tools, along with ongoing support for our clients

This role accelerates the global energy transition by managing clean transportation and renewable energy assets, helping clients navigate complex regulatory programs to generate environmental credits and adopt clean equipment.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Excellent internal and external communication skills, verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor and welcome presence with clients
• Can-do attitude, willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job done, take on ad hoc tasks and wear multiple hats if needed
• Desire to work in a high-energy, large volume of client interactions and service environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), PDF programs, Salesforce is a plus
• Strong time, task, and project management skills

Compensation for this role varies by region due to geographic differentials in the labor market. For Massachusetts (MA), compensation is expected to be between $58,000-$62,000 annually.
