Reporting Manager

• Own and run the Technology budget and forecasting cycle, partnering with Technology teams and Finance to ensure accurate, timely and commercially aligned planning.
• Track actuals against budget and forecast, investigating variances, maintaining cost models, and identifying cost savings, efficiency gains and investment opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality regular and ad-hoc reporting for Technology leadership, providing clear, actionable insight aligned to trading performance and P&L outcomes.
• Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards covering budget performance, KPIs and delivery metrics, working closely with data and Power BI teams to ensure data integrity.

• Significant experience in commodities or a trading-led commercial environment.
• Significant experience in budget management, financial planning, performance reporting, or operational analysis within a fast-paced, commercially driven setting.
• Advanced Excel expertise and hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong collaboration with Finance teams and solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost-allocation processes.
