Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Provide remote psychotherapy services to LGBTQ+ clients during evening hours (5:00–9:00 PM ET)
  • Maintain a caseload of approximately 6-7 clients per week
  • Deliver affirmative, culturally responsive mental health care that honors identity, dignity, and self-determination
  • Participate in clinical supervision and contribute to the mission-driven community

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Licensed or Limited Permit clinician (LMHC, LCSW, LMSW, or Psychologist)
  • Master's degree in relevant field
  • Demonstrated commitment to LGBTQ+ and gender-nonconforming communities
  • Experience working with culturally diverse populations
  • Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and adherence to ethical standards
  • Interest in being an engaged member of the IHI community
