Remediation Department Manager

• Lead and expand environmental remediation services across the Gulf Coast and South-Central markets, building client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Oversee operational performance, project delivery, and quality standards to achieve sustainable, higher-returning, lower-risk growth.
• Develop and manage budgets, evaluate opportunities, and use KPIs to drive pipeline health and disciplined execution.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of environmental professionals, fostering inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning.

This role enables AECOM to deliver environmental remediation projects that restore contaminated sites, protect ecosystems, and support sustainable infrastructure development, creating a healthier environment for communities across the Gulf Coast and South-Central regions.

• Proven experience in environmental remediation services and market leadership within Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial sectors.
• Strong operational and project management skills, including budget management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
• Ability to build client relationships, drive business development, and navigate regulatory and market trends.
• Leadership experience with a focus on team development, coaching, and fostering an inclusive culture.
