• Handling field Engineers / Technical teams
• Resolving customer complaints/issues in the field
• Ensure implementation and adherence to SOPs and systems

• Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering with min. 7-8 years of experience as Area / Territory Manager / Regional Manager with OEM in 3-wheelers / commercial / EV / Battery Service and maintenance
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Need to be already based in Bangalore
