Regional Service Head

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Service Head to lead our team in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue. Lead a team of service professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and support. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role helps increase Exponent Energy's market share in Bengaluru and helps more people adapt to 15-minute rapid charging technology for electric vehicles, contributing to the transition to sustainable transportation.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a customer-facing industry. Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
