Regional Sales Manager Retail DACH

• Drive retail sales growth across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
• Manage key retail accounts and develop strategic partnerships.
• Lead and coordinate sales initiatives with internal teams and external partners.

This role accelerates the transition to plant-based protein, reducing reliance on animal agriculture and its environmental footprint.

• Proven experience in retail sales management, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.
• Strong network and relationships with retailers in the DACH region.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
